** PreID Disconnect Purging is a post-sample production process which typically eliminates 50% to 75%
of the disconnects, depending on the market. Many fax numbers are also eliminated.
*** Set-up charges are calculated on the number of physically separate samples or groupings, regardless
of geographic areas within each grouping. Set-up charges apply to all jobs.
